Starting from the clients brief, we begin with a schematic design and develop the plans ensuring both the brief and the budget is met through to Resource Consent. Followed by detailed design drawings to the Building Consent package, checking the needs of the client have been met I will guide you through all the necessary steps offering 3D renders to assist in achieving the perfect design for your project.
Construction Administration
Once the building consent is received I can assist in finding the right builder for the project, along with the running the construction administration whilst the project is being built, and assisting the builder with any construction queries ensuring the design is realized. Full construction observation through to handing over the completed building.
Commercial Projects
From shop fitouts through to large commercial buildings I have the experience to help realize the clients commercial project through good design and communication from concept through to Building Consent and Construction Administration through to project completion.
